Lafayette Habilitation Center is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization operating under the guidance of Focus on Residential Services We provide long term residential care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Complete and sign an employment application.
  3. Provide proof of completion of education (High School or GED required). Any cost involved is at the applicant’s expense.
  4. Provide proof of negative coronavirus testing.
  5. Provide proof of coronavirus vaccination, if completed.

Upon successful completion of these 4 items, applicants will then be required to successfully complete the following (all employer paid):

  1. Basic physical exam and drug screen.
  2. PPD TB skin test.
  3. Multi-State Criminal, Sex Offender, and 7-year Country Criminal Record search.
  4. Missouri Highway Patrol and fingerprinting background check.
  5. Child abuse and neglect background check.
